1947 Omega Gents watch, Caliber 28.SC. Serviced!

This beautiful watch was made in the 1940s and looks like it has been made yesterday. Used very gently and kept safe through all these decades. Our watchmaker has freshly serviced and oiled the movement (image #10) and ready for a second life.
Original signed crown. The solid stainless steel case is in very good condition. The snap back case shows barely signs of use. The case model is 2416-2 and measures circa 33mm in diameter excluding the crown by 41mm lug tip to lug tip.
Beautiful and factory original dial in superb condition. Original set of hands and hour indexes are in gold tone.
The hand-wind movement is a rare Omega caliber 28.SC with serial number 10902197 dating this timepiece to 1947.
The watch comes with a new leather watch band in unworn condition, that surely gives the watch an extra charm.
