How do I place an order?
Your order will be placed via the method that is given when you click SHOP following the steps to your CHECK OUT. All order will be shipped with SWISS POST and comes with a Tracking Number. We ship worldwide except to Canada!
HOW TO ORDER?
To order directly on the site, please use the PayPal "CHECK OUT" feature.
Whether you have a PayPal account or not, you can still check out via PayPal.
PayPal will provide steps and guidance for non-account holder to check out using your
Credit card. It is safe and your banking information will be kept private.
Is a watch service possible before shipping?
Yes its`possible. We can let the watch be serviced what you have punched in our shop by our watchmaker. Service cost vary. Service costs start by 300.00 CHF.
Return Policy
Most of our watches/clocks are antique,vintage or pre-owned. Vintage watches are more sensitive compared to modern day watches, please inform yourself about how to properly use and take care for a vintage mechanical watch,we are glad to help !
A picture is worth a thousand words, inspect all pictures closely and carefully as they ARE PART of the description, request more if needed !
All our watches are inspected by our watchmaker before being listed, we try our best to ensure our customers a perfectly working vintage timepiece!
However, vintage watches may vary time keeping performance and time reserve. If you would like to have your purchased watch serviced by us please let us know.

RETURNS:
If you are not satisfied with the item please contact us immediately.
We accept returns if the item is not as described or damaged.
Please read our conditions below:
Buyer has a 7 days return policy (counting the day the watch is received as day 1). Item must be returned in the same condition as when it was shipped and in working order. Return item will receive a full refund minus shipping, minus the customs fee and $150 USD restocking fee/store credit. Please read description thoroughly before making any purchase!
Please note that a return shipping fee is solely the buyers responsibility. The incurred customs fees are charged as a restocking fee that will be deducted from the refunded amount processed back to your original payment method.
All eligible items must be returned with all original packaging. Returns must be initiated within the seven-day return period and shipped promptly thereafter; we must receive the returned merchandise at our facility within seven days after a return label has been generated. A 20 percent re-inspection fee, up to $300, will be incurred if the merchandise arrives outside the specified return window.
A note to our International (non Swiss) customers: If a delivery is rejected, the incurred customs fees are charged as a restocking fee that will be deducted from the refunded amount processed back to your original payment method. Otherwise, during a return, all shipping charges and labels are the customer's responsibility. Any previously incurred customs fees and/or taxes are non-refundable.
Please be aware that any attempt to change the strap or bracelet could result in unintentional damage to the watch case that would make it ineligible for return.
All vintage watches available on Huckleberry & Fuchs will ship and facilitate returns from our Zurich (Swiss) facility. Returns will be facilitated to the same location.
Your return will be rejected if:
- We detect the watch has been worn or altered.
- If any damage -
- If it is missing any supplied documents.
- Or, if it is missing any of the supplied accessories.
Please read description prior to making any purchase! The size of the watch is included in the description. Please make sure that the size of the watch will not be an issue for you before making the purchase. Vintage timepiece will be smaller compared to most modern wrist watch.

If any accessories, such as – but not limited to – a strap, box, or papers, are missing from your return, a replacement fee will be charged based on the replacement cost of the missing item. We will reach out to you if we detect any accessories are missing before you are charged.
On returns the customer is responsible for the label.
Please note, if you send back the watch without us agreeing and consulting before, the return process will be rejected and the item(s) will be returned.
Other Merchandise
Worn or altered merchandise is not applicable to be returned; the return process will be rejected and the item(s) will be returned.
Payment Options
Paying with PayPal is the most secure method to pay via online. For Swiss Customers TWINT and Banktransfer is also available. All money order must wait until cleared before we can ship out your purchase. Once payment is received and item is shipped, an email providing your tracking information will be sent to you.
How long does the shipping take?
Depending on destination and the working speed of the local Customs and Postal / Delivery Services. Thank you for your patience!
All order are usually ship out within 2-3 business days with SWISS POST Registered Mail. (Insured shipping is possible and is paid by the buyer. Please get in touch if you wish for Insured Shipping.) In case you require the watch serviced it takes 2-4 weeks before gets shipped.
Will I be charged for Custom Duty?
All orders shipping within Switzerland are duty free. For International and Oversea shipment Customs duties in your own country may apply.
